Rolando Serrato

Owner & President of Main 1.9 Construction

With over 30 years of experience in construction, Rolando Serrato has risen through the ranks of the industry, starting with digging ditches and mastering every aspect of concrete work. In 2018, he and his wife, Demecia Serrato, founded Main 1.9 Construction, LLC. What began as a labor-only operation has flourished into a full-service, turn-key construction company supported by a dedicated team of skilled crews.

Rolando and Demecia are deeply rooted in their community, actively serving in their local church and partnering with various community programs both in the U.S. and Central Mexico. Their passion for giving back extends globally, with mission work completed in Haiti, Cuba, Mexico, South Africa, France, and Spain.
